NEXT UPDATE

The next update to the seminar is going to take place the first week of June 2010, when we will introduce a new DNL Reader for our 3D Digital Publications, including the Home Buyers Online Seminar. With this new reader, users of a Apple Mac system will have direct access to the seminar as well.

We are constantly updating and improving the Home Buyers Online Seminar. Completely free of charge to our clients. We are also going to make new marketing tools available to real estate and mortgage professionals. All based on the same principles: providing prospective customers with free, useful information, and providing clients with easy to use, efficient and affordable marketing solutions.

REAL ESTATE MAIL MANAGER

We are currently fine-tuning a completely new and wonderful application: a web based (hence nothing to download) mail management program that is loaded with powerful functions and that is specially designed with real estate and mortgage professionals in mind. With Real Estate Male Manager™, creating, sending, managing and analyzing e-mail campaigns will become a piece of cake. Best of all, it is going to be very affordable for every agent, even for those with a small marketing budget. There will be no subscription (monthly) fees or contracts.

Our next major initiative will be the introduction of websites and blogs for real estate and mortgage professionals with an easy to use Content Management System (CMS), allowing users to submit content without requiring technical knowledge of HTML or the uploading of files, but complete with a suite of extremely powerful tools. With a price tag starting at $5 per month (including hosting) and no contract, you will not find a better deal.

Expected: October 2010.

COMING SOON

We expect to launch our Home Sellers Online Seminar in July 2010. All existing clients will get a chance to preview this new tool before official publication and hence get the opportunity to claim the exclusive rights for their own market area.
