Step 1

 

We only accept one real estate and only one mortgage professional per market area in our program. Hence you should check first if the area of your choice is still available. Click the State or Province in the appropriate box (real estate or mortgage) at the right, and select your city or region (or “not listed yet”).

 

Step 2

 

If the market area of your choice is already claimed, you will get a “not available” message. If the area is still available, you will be directed to a new page with a Application Form. Complete and send this form. Each application will be reviewed manually for the following requirements:

 

• The market area is reasonably defined and still available;
• You must have a website targeting your market area;
• You must be a REALTOR® (real estate) or a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (US) or the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals;
• You (your brokerage) must have a physical office address in the USA or Canada;
• You must have read and agreed to our Anti-Spam & Privacy Policy, and our terms & conditions.

 

We will reply within 3 working days. If your application is approved, we will mark it as “unavailable” for other applications, send you a confirmation and instructions how to submit your personal content and images. You will also receive our Getting Started manual, with information how to prepare your own website pages for the Home Buyers Online Seminar.

 

 

 

PREPARING YOUR OWN WEBSITE

 

If you know all about creating web pages, links and forms, please feel free to use your own imagination. If not, do not worry. Just copy + paste the small pieces of code we will provide into your website and everything will works just fine.

Step 3

 

Once we have received your personal content and images, we will start customizing your account. As a rule, that will takes approximately 5 to 7 work days, including testing. If everything is working as it should be, we will send you a draft for review and to do some testing of your own.

 

Step 4

 

Only when you are fully satisfied, we will activate your Home Buyers Online Seminar and your page at our website.

 

Step 5

 

You update your own website with information about, and links to, your personal Home Buyers Online Seminar.
