Do I receive a certificate?

No. We are unable to determine whether a subscriber actually reads the seminar, hence the Home Buyers Online Seminar does NOT issue any kind of certificate or statement to subscribers to qualify them for the Fannie Mae's Community Home Buyers Program, or any other kind of US program that requires a buyer to attend a first-time home buyers program. However, reading this online seminar will give you a head-start and makes it a lot easier to acquire the certificate you need.

Do I need to download something?

Yes, to view the Home Buyers Online Seminar, you will need to download the DNL READER. Click on the DNL Reader button at the right to download the free viewer onto your PC. It will only take a few minutes, the software is very small and you only need to download the viewer once. When the download window opens, be sure to check "Open this file from its current locations."

Do you provide listings of available homes in my area?

No. We do not provide any real estate, or house-related services, and do not hold ourselves out as being licensed to perform any such services. However, at the Home Buyers Online Seminar website you will find links to local public MLS sites that enable you to do a home search yourself. Furthermore, the real estate professional representing the seminar in your area will be happy to provide you with listings of homes for sale that meets your requirements. As a matter of fact, using his or her services will save you a lot of time and generate far better results.

Is the seminar really free, or only for one or two chapters and do I need to pay to open the rest?

The Home Buyers Online Seminar is not a “try-and-buy” publication. On registration you will receive a link with a password to download the entire seminar for your own personal use. Without restrictions and completely free.

Can I open the Home Buyers Online Seminar using a Apple system?

If using on Apple MAC, then a PC emulator is required, e.g. VirtualPC. We are currently building a new reader into the Home Buyers Online Seminar that will enables Apple MAC users to download the seminar as well. Projected release date: June 2010.

What are the system requirements?

What if I have questions that are not answered in the seminar?

If the Home Buyers Online Seminar is represented by a local real estate professional in the city, town or region of your choice, you will find contact information at every page of the seminar. You can either call or mail him/her, and you will get your answer shortly.

Are you selling my contact information to dozens of real estate and mortgage agents?

No way. For a start, we do not sell ANY contact information to ANYBODY. If your city, town or region is represented by a real estate or mortgage agent, you will receive the Home Buyers Online Seminar directly from him or her. Nobody else will have access to your contact information.

Can every real estate or mortgage agent add your seminar to their site?

Nope. We only accept one real estate and one mortgage professional per city/town or region to our program. They must have a physical office address in the United States or Canada and be a member of REALTOR® (real estate), or a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (US) or the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.
